Where Did "Good afternoon, Type, talk, or share a photo" Come From?

Today out of nowhere, I saw the following message on my phone, "Good afternoon, Type, talk, or share a photo."
Where did this message come from?
My research indicates that I need to change my Assistant settings. According to my phone, "All notifications are turned off in the phone settings."


How do I turn off messages like, "Good afternoon, Type, talk, or share a photo?"

I think the problem might be related to OneDrive or Samsung Cloud. (Google Drive is not installed. Google One's notifications are blocked.
Gallery (1) has no permissions allowed. Gallery (2) has only Delete as a notification category.)

Samsung Cloud notifications cannot be turned off. I don't see a way to uninstall Samsung Cloud.
I don't see a way to uninstall OneDrive.

Try going to your settings

•search for suggestions,
•either toggle off the individual categories you don't want or toggle off the entire Smart Suggestions.

See if that helps.

OK. I just turned off Smart Suggestions. Let's see if that does the trick.

I just silenced One UI Home. I made it silent and hide lock screen notifications. It may have contributed to the unwanted messages.
(I use My Drawer to organize and launch apps.)
