Where did the Storage Go?

Okay...So, I am new to the Android world. I have a Note 2 with 64gb SD card and I just downloaded a movie and it says that I now have 4.5gb free on the device. How do I download the movie to the SD card? If you go into Google play it says that 3.52 is on the SD card but it also took memory away from my device. Can I just move it to the SD card only?

There is an app called my files. Click the check box and click move then it asks where to move it to.
