Where do I ask a question about a Chromebox?

I want to get a chromebox for my mother and have questions. What forum do I need to use?

From what I see, most chromeboxs' don't have a an extra usb port to power speakers, only for mouse and keyboard. Do I have to use Bluetooth speakers?

All the Chromeboxes I've seen have a headphone jack -- is it not feasible to connect speakers via Aux cable, and plug those speakers into a wall outlet for power (like many typical 2.1 speaker sets for computers)?

Done. I tried earlier, but had to use a browser, which makes it time-consuming, and I had little time. It’s easily done via the AC Forums app, but that does not always work.

I purchased an Acer Chromebox, Intel Celeron 3867U Processor for my mother.
Is there a way to use the settings so it just goes to sleep but never turns off?

Tell her to go to the Settings>Device>Power menu. Is there an option there for what the device should do when idle?

I'm not sure how she accomplished it but she managed to get it to sleep and not shut down. By the way she is 97 years old
