Where do I configure the emergency information?

Where in the Honor 5X settings can I configure the emergency contact information that emergency personnel might use if you are unable to supply the information because of injury? Some mobile devices show it on the lick screen. I see a "Lock screen signature" setting, but this doesn't seem the most likely place.

First responders, if you're unconscious or otherwise unable to respond, and you have a cellphone, look in contacts, under ICE - In Case of Emergency. If the screen is locked, put "In case of emergency, please call" and the number in the Owner Information for the lock screen.

So, you're saying that there is no specific location in the 5X expressly for emergency information, is that correct?
