I dont have my memory card yet, I should be getting my 16gb on Thursday but in the mean time where do Ringtones and Apps/APK Files get Stored at on the Phones Internal Memory?

When I connect the Phone to my PC using the USB Cable I can only see a few Folders, None of them seem to be System Folders.

The folder i do have are listed below:
.bookmark_thumb1
.footprints
albumthumbsDCIM
download
LOST.DIR
MP3
My Documents

When ever I put anything in to one of the Directories the Phone wont see the files I've added.

Thanks In Advanced.

The stock ones are in system and you cant add to them. But you can create a new folder called media with a subfolder named ringtones and another named notifications. Put your tones in there and when you go back into the phone to pick a tone, they will be there.

One more question please if you dont mind,...

What do you do for the APK Files that you want to install?

I came across a Mega Pack of APK Files of up over 400 files and I want to check them out.

Thanks again bud for your help, I appreciate it a lot

The SD folder is the root of the SD card. The MMC folder is the root of the phone storage. -The internal 8GB. You can create

media
ringtones
notifications

folders in the MMC folder copy your files there and you will see the files when you select ringtones, etc.
