Call settings is gone. (Yes, I know it's not in the normal settings)

I have a Samsung S3 and I recently googled how to stop the screen from going black during a call, after looking through the settings and finding nothing. I found out that you have to go to call settings through the actual mobile app, but I couldn't find this either. I googled it again, and it told me to go into the Mobile app > Menu > Call Settings.

Where on earth is this menu? It's meant to be somewhere on the keypad, but I can't see any menu! So I can't get onto the call settings...

Hello. Welcome to Android Central.

It's just Settings - Device - Call - Call Settings - Turn Off Screen during Call, uncheck to disable the Proximity sensor near the top of the phone (one of the holes).

Actually (per your search) you can get there quicker by tapping Phone as if to call, and then Menu - Settings, same result.
