I can't view documents via BoAmeric. I thought it was too much traffic or to much bandwidth. I really don't know...until I tried to one a link in "mail"?

Which phone?
Which version of android?
Which carrier?

If you are getting a warning about a screen overlay, you need to find the app acting as the overlay then either disable the app or uninstall it.

Common apps are:
screen dimmers like Lux and Twilight
sliding trays and menus
chat "bubbles"
many apps by Cheetah Mobile
