Where is "connected to wifi" on my notification bar?

My Samsung Galaxy phones have always shown that I was connected to my wifi network, on my pulldown notification bar.
I don't see that anymore.
My Note 8 recently updated to Pie 9.0 and I don't know if that is the reason.
Did anyone else notice this?
Does anyone running Android 9.0 have a notification that they are connected to their wifi, on the pulldown notification bar?
If so, I need to turn it on somehow. If not, then it's just the new 9.0 OS and I've nothing to worry about.
Thanks.

You have to download a Samsung app called Good Lock. Once you download that, it will then prompt you to download what I guess amounts to plug-ins for Good Lock.

It's a pretty simple app that offers a few kinda cool customization options, but should also be totally unnecessary.

The one you want to focus on is called Quickstar. Once you install that, you can go in there and select what you want displayed on the notification bar.
