Where is my music how do I delete songs?

This a Droid Turbo not a Turbo II but there was no forum for that.

When I connect my phone to my computer I see a bunch of artists that are not listed in the Music App (Play Music).

There are also some songs, that crap that comes with Windows, that I would like to delete from my phone.

So how do I delete the bad songs and how do I get to the good songs?

Welcome to Android Central! There is a Droid Turbo forum -- I moved this thread there.

In which directory do you see these music files? For the ones that don't show up in the Music app, are these mp3 files, or some other format? Is there a file called ".nomedia" in the same directory?

If you can locate the preloaded song files using the computer's file explorer, then you should be able to delete them that way as well.
