Where is my S pen menu in settings?

I have no S pen menu in settings

I purchased a note 4 sm910f off of Craigslist. The s pen is not very responsive and seems to lack some of the options for use I saw on online tutorials. There is no menu item in settings for s pen. There is an s calendar settings item, but no general s pen, so I can't adjust anything or see what is going on. I need help because my phone is smarter than me. But I am sure it is not smarter than you fine folks. Here is the information
Android 4.4.4
kernel 3.4.5-447903.
It also has a build number and custom build version. Would that be helpful?

Post pictures of the device. About settings as well as the out outside of the device and underneath the cover and battery.
