Where is the application manager?

I'm having problems with an application and the developer wants me to use the application manager to quit the application. I don't see an application manager anywhere. Is that a standard feature?

Go to "Settings/Apps". When you select the application you want, you can Force Stop it (as well as other options).

[Next Level Displays]

On my Motorola Android the Apps under Settings only takes me to certain Apps, none of which are the one I need. Problem: Unfortunately, Google Search has stopped. Message reoccurs everytime I touch the screen. How do I clear this problem?
