Where is the brown clock that shows the two battery levels?

Welcome to the forums. As B. Diddy said it should be in the widget list. Try this, long press an empty spot on your screen, select 'Widgets', scroll down until you find 'Time & Weather', tap & hold and drag it to the left to place it on your home screen.
