I want to acess my clipboard It have some important staments

You can download an app that accesses your clipboard if the device didn't have one built in. Look for Clipboard Manager in the Play Store.

The clipboard already in the phone has only the last thing you copied or cut to it - it's "one item deep". That's standard for computers. Linux (which is what Android runs on), MacOS, iOS, Windows - all work the same.
