Where is the extreme power saving mode?

I have the developer edition and just curious why we don't have the extreme power saving mode yet? Where's the update?

This topic has been addressed several times already. The update will come when it's ready and they push it out. No sooner, no later.

Sprint is currently the only carrier in the US that has it.
