Where is the music I paid for on Play with my credit card, and how can you replace it?

I want my music back on my phone I paid for that music I can't find

Purchased from Google Play Music? Did you check in YouTube Music? Google Play Music went away earlier this year (or was it last year now?), I believe purchases were supposed to be transferred to the replacement, YouTube Music.

Make sure you are signed in to the same Google account as the one you purchased the songs with. If so, log out of each and log back in. Good luck
