Where is the Remote Controls now?

I got locked out of my phone and had to do a reset. Now to make sure that never happens again, I'm trying to locate the Remote Controls so I can use Samsung find my mobile. I can't find it in the security settings. Did it get removed??

Go to "Settings > Lock screen and security > find my mobile > type samsung account password > turn on remote controls.
Then if you forget it go to https://findmymobile.samsung.com then click find sign it then find the option to unlock it will remove you current Lock screen option and just make it a swipe to unlock then you can reset it to what it was.

The thing is, is that I don't see the find my mobile option. Are you using a note 5, Verizon, with marshmallow?
