Where is the SD card located?

I cracked, not dropped my N7.

I know how to take it apart via an online video.
What I don't know and the video won't show is what the SD card looks like.
Can some one tell me where and what one looks like?

I also need to know how to power it down prior to opening it.
If I hold the power button down, since the touch screen no longer works.
Is it truly powered down.

As far as I know, the N4 has no SD card. Its just a partition on the software. Why would you need it, anyway?

There is obviously some kind of storage inside the n7. Are you _certain_ it's not just a microsd card?

There you go. The reason I asked about it possibly being microsd is that is exactly what my previous tablet had inside...an 8gb microsd that you could swap out in an emergency.

I have to ask, what was that last tablet?

If I had opened up my N7 and found a "non user accessible" (without voiding the warranty) SD card slot, I don't know if I'd have killed the guy at asus or kissed him.....

Kobo vox. Total underpowered piece of junk but...

the fact it was a standard microsd allowed at least one person I heard of to do their own upgrade. He removed the card and cloned it onto a 32gb microsd and then expanded the /sdcard partition. Much cheaper than paying vendor storage prices.
