Where is the setting for Message+ Notifications "Importance"?

I attached a screenshot of the window through which I can customize settings for particular SMS partners in Message+ on my S10+. Among the Notifications options is one for Importance. However, when I tap on Notifications, I go to the screen in the second screenshot, and I don't see any option for "Importance." Thanks.

It's no longer categorized like that, but the importance level is still there (sound + pop up at the top for the most important and going down to silent for least important).

Can I set the "default notication sound" in Message+ ?

I can create a custom sound for different people or groups in Message+. However, the general setting is that my sound is the default, but is described as "unknown." I can pick any sound I want by tapping the Sound menu, but is there a way to pick a sound and make it the default? Thanks.
