Where is the UI system tuner Android M?

cannot find UI system tuner Android M

hi all i have a Moto G3 (XT1541)...

I would like to able to customise the quick menu settings....but i cannot seem to enable the UI System Tuner.... I've pressed the cog many many times at varying length but nothing happens?

can anyone help? please??

Hi, welcome to the forums! Do you have the developers options enabled in your phone? If so, make sure that the animations are not switched off. Set the three values to 0.5x or 1x and restart the phone. Tell us how it goes.

Use 2 fingers to pull the notification slider down, then long press the Settings Gear button in the upper, right corner for about 8-10 seconds... It's not a multi-tab enable like Dev Options.
