Where is the "What's New" info???

Hello all. I just purchased the Asus TF300 tablet, and I noticed that when I go to update my installed apps, the only thing it shows are the permissions required by the app. On my phone, it allows you to see What's New to determine if any of the changes are relevant to me. Is this something to do with Asus? Modified version of Play Store? Is this just a newer version of Play Store? I hope this makes sense.

It's still there when an app has an update click on the app to bring up its main page. You can read what's new in there. But there is no way of getting the info on the "my apps" page. Does that make sense?
