Where is WPA key stored?

Just bought an new Scroll Excel III with Jelly bean after using ICS for a good while. Now I want to recover a WPA key so I looked for the wpa_supplicant.conf file as you did for ICS but the passwords are no longer stored there. Even the location of this file is different.

Anyone know where the WPA keys are now stored on JB ?
