Where should I buy the Galaxy smartwatch?

I would like to buy the Galaxy smartwatch unlocked for any internet/phone company.
My doubt is , does this smartwatch have a sim card ? can your you use your internet/phone plan and leave your phone cell (mobile) at home?

if the answer yes I'm living in the US at the moment but in the next months i might living in different countries in Europe. would it be possible to change the internet/ phone call provider if i move? do they sell unlock smartwatches so you can use them with different providers?

Here in the UK, part of Europe at the moment, until Boris might sort it, Im told that the watch will only work with the EE signal. I was also told that I can only buy them from EE on an contract with my Phone. They are for sale on Amazon and Ebay but told you need to be able to combine it with your contract.

thanks ! i have been reading a lot on the internet also how it works in another countries. it seems to be still very recent . I think i will wait to get the 4G until it works better.
