Where the bloody hell is this Lg G4 Bridge for pc down load??

I just bought an LG G4 and part of the updating system is an LG G4 Bridge, included into the actual phone, it says: down load the update system to your pc before using?? ive searched LG and nothing...

LG Website look for "Windows PC click here" or slightly to the right of that for Mac OS download link.
