Where to fix my LG Mytouch E-739 ???

My uncle handed it down to me but it wasn't in working condition to turn on.I tried using a charger cable that was new but the charging indicator wasn't turning on.It has a couple of scratches on the front screen and cosmetic wear on the back.I was wondering where I would be able to fix my phone at?When I took out the battery,it had nothing spewing out of it,there was nothing wrong with it other than the dead battery cells.When I plug in the charger cable and tried to press the power button,it still wouldn't turn on. I've went to multiple sites searching for help but none helped so I hoped that one of you guys would be able to help Okay thanks.

Welcome to Android Central! Try a few different cables to make sure the first one you tried isn't faulty. Also, how long did you leave it plugged into a wall outlet before trying to turn it on? Sometimes it takes 15-20 minutes before the battery has been juiced up enough to be able to power up the phone.

Also, have you tried a new battery? It's possible the battery that came with it completely failed.
