where to get the 19 update?

I have two transformers. One has the update, the doesn't even show it yet. It's also not on the asus website yet. Is it possible to get it from one transformer to the other? If so, where is it on the updated one??

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If it isn't getting the update normally, you should try to figure out why. You can't transfer it

1. Did you register it.
2. Have you tried to restart it and go to settings about then check for updates?

If all that is done, try this.

Try going to Settings - Applications - Manage - All - DMClient - Force Close/Clear Data/Clear Cache and then reboot.

Next, go to Settings - About - Check for update

Turns out Asus pulled the 19 update because of the backup problem and a couple other bugs.

I ordered one from gamestop and got it firday. As soon as I started it up it said I had an update and the 3.2.1 update showed up. is that the 19 update you are talking about?

No, it's the 8.6.5.19 update. Most are currently on 8.6.5.13.

The 19 update was only available for a short time before they pulled it. I have it on one my transformers, and but not the other one.

They must have put the update back out. Got my transformer yesterday and it automatically asked if I wanted to update. Just checked my version and it is the 19. You may want to check again for the update.

The update I downloaded last night is the 19 update so it must be back out.

yeah, pulled because of 'bugs'. right. I wonder why they still have it available with a known security hole.
