The performance of Jelly Bean is already so good, I think I'm going minimalist for a while and running Bugless Beast. Peter Alfonso has already started building it, so hopefully its release isn't too far off.

I tend to use a Rom by bigxie over on xda it may not have all the features of stuff like aokp but it definitely the fastest for me and best on battery life with only the features I actually use like custom nav bar and the battery circle % mod and T9 dialer.

Of course it will take a little before those features get out back in again
