Which apps are turning on bluetooth

I'm having trouble with my Nexus in that something keeps turning my Bluetooth on, without leaving much of a trace.

I've been disabling apps one by one, but have yet to find the culprit. Is there an easy way to quickly see all of my apps which have access to activate bluetooth? Or is there something obvious I'm missing. I've disabled all the apps I've installed since the problem started and it's persisting- so it might have been an update I didn't realise.

This is a non-rooted device.

When you turn BT off, does it stay off without rebooting? Do you have NFC turned on?

I have noticed a similar problem, and no, after less than a minute, (about 20-30 seconds) the Bluetooth just comes back on. There are no devices for it to pair with in the vicinity either. I had a hunch it's tied to an app named Llama. I used to love this app, but lately, it has been F**ing up big time. I will look around for a replacement today.
