Which bloatware apps can be deleted?

How do I know which Verizon bloatware apps can safely be deleted? I've already deleted the Blockbuster app, the Kindle, the NFL and Flickr, but how do I know what can safely go and what is needed? I'm assuming I can toss all the FriendStream stuff along with Twitter, what about the Verizon-specific apps such as the Location Agent, MobileIM, VCast, etc?

I would suggest digging up the old CleanTool thread which has a list of apps you can safely remove. If you'd prefer to do it on your own, move the apps you'd like to try to remove into a backup folder. That way if something goes to pot, you can move it back.

Do a nandroid backup and then delete what you want. If something breaks, just restore.

I deleted everything on the VZ app tab except voicemail and have no problems.
