Which blue tooth device is best?

I have a 2013 Dodge Caravan. It is the cheapest model you can get so it does not have blue tooth installed. I am wanting to get a device to where my S3 can send my phone calls through my speakers in my car. I want to be able to hear and to talk through my speakers. Any advice on which one to get that is easy to use and works good?

I have heard Parrot is pretty good, but all I saw was Apple compatibility only. If you choose to go with Parrot, I would call first to ensure Android will work. Jabra is the maker of the Jawbone, one of the most reliable headsets out on the market.
