Those lists can't be complete in every case. AT&T would appear to withold the S pen as well according the list. And no battery either. Not much of a Galaxy Note without those basic items.

Agreed, Im fine with paying 300. But no included headphones for a 50$ premium will be better then the ones I already own. But like you said, still should still be included, pretty sure my Gnex came with a pair. Ridiculous penny pinching Verizon pulls. First no 50 gig dropbox, now this.

If you pre ordered at Best buy early enough, by the time you get the phone you will forget that you already spend 50 bucks on the pre order, so it won't sting as badly!

I have an additional coupon for 10% off at Best Buy that I got in an email a couple of days ago, so, the price just keeps coming down. But I know, it's the principle, why does Sprint have the balls to charge that much for the phone? I am guessing it's to attract new customers, do they get the additional 100 bucks off if they switch from another carrier?

i can say, i was kinda sad that no headphones on verizon. but at least we get the radio frequency brochure and a global lit brochure.. yeah, suck it sprint.
