which firmware does i choose for sm-g935t?

so i have an s7edge model no sm-g935t tmobile unlocked and it is running in android 6.0 and when i search for update it says update to date so i wanted to manually update my phone as it is tmobile unlocked so i went to sammobile.com/firmwares/galaxy-s7-edge/SM-G935T so here i need help do i download the latest released firmware from here ? like the first one as per my model no or which firmware should i be downloading as i currently live in nepal and my another q is does installing a tmobile firmware again networklock my phone?
