Alright, so I am currently on my 3rd Samsung Fascinate and it is having issues with missing calls and missing texts so I went to the Verizon store and was told that they couldn't do anything more then send me another Fascinate, so I called *611 and told them my story of sorrow and pain and was given 2 options.
1. They would give me an early upgrade so I can get a new phone at a promotional price and my 2 year contract would start over.
or
2. They would give me a "Re-certified" phone of my choice but I would have to buy the battery and back cover at a 50% discount and my contract would end at it's regular time (1yr left).
So my question is two fold, which option should I go with and which phone should I choose? Obviously I plan on getting a 4G phone,
