They are both good. What is your criteria?

We are all different and some like the 5.1 screen for easy holding and some would like the 5.5 screen for its real-estate. I prefer the Galaxy S7, since I had the iPhone 6s with the 4.7 inch screen and thought it was just not big enough for my liking. The iPhone 6s plus was too big for me when I held it at the store. You may want to do same when you can.
