Apologies if this was already asked. I wanted unbiased feedback, so I didn't put this in a brand forum.

Debating between these 2 devices and was wondering if anyone else is in the same boat. I'm leaning towards the N3 based on size and SD card. But I played with the G2 and its sweet!!

Anyone else debating or have both?? Thanks for reply!!

It really should come down to what u want. You want a phone that uses dinosaur technology ie as a SD card? How big do want your phone? Both are great choices. Its what u want.

Totally agree. Just wanted to solicit if anybody else was going through the same debate.....

I do not think there is a clear winner between the two. They are targeting different types of people and both are great phones. I personally would probably get the Note 3 because of the larger screen and the S-Pen. If you really are that torn between the two that you simply cannot decide, get the cheaper one because both are excellent phones and you won't be disapointed in either.

SIDE NOTE: If updates are important to you, get the Note. While not always the quickest to deliver updates, Samsung is fairly reliable at getting updates out eventually to its high end phones. LG on the other hand is notorious for not updating devices.

Your right. Their both phenomenal. I actually went down to T-Mobile and checked out the N3. It made me rethink my possible decision. N3 was borderline too big and the colors slightly too saturated. Gonna check out N2 again. This is tough, really like both. Do you own either?

I do not. I am an HTC One owner. I personally do not like the skins that LG and Samsung use, though I prefer LG's to Samsung's. Purely a personal preference of visuals. Both are extremely nice pieces of hardware.

I was trying to decide between the 2 and decided on the G2. It pretty much came down to size for me because their specs are almost the same. Even though the Note 3 isn't out yet, the Note 2 is about the size and it was just far too big for my hands. I gobbled up everythying I could on all the newest phones, played with them in the stores (except the Note 3) and watched the G2 podcast by Jerry & Adam as well as the Note 3 one and I just decided the G2 really hit the sweet spot between powerhouse phone, larger (but not TOO large) screen and great value. The "Glitch" sale at Verizon letting me keep my unlimited data made it that much sweeter. I've been using the G2 for a about 5 days now and LOVE it. GREAT Battery life, GORGEOUS Screen, even the LG skin isn't bad. Back buttons just took a couple of days to get used to but I honestly almost never use them. Knock on and on screen volume adjust work well for me. Even the radio in it is really good (at least in comparison to my GNEX).
