Nexus 6 Unlocked
Google Fi
Stock Android that I installed myself. Bootloader locked.

I sideloaded an OTA (N6F26U) for Android 7.1.1 using NRT.

All worked OK except it won't connect to any mobile on Google Fi. All my data is intact and it works on WiFi.

So I think I picked the wrong OTA build.

How do you figure out which OTA to load?

Moved from the Nougat forum to the Nexus 6 forum, since this is more of a device-specific question.

.......

Sideloaded same OTA.
Currently updating most apps.
When completed will transfer my Fi sim and see if it works.
Will let you know.

The first version of N6F26U (the OTA that got pulled for messing with Android Pay) is working fine on Fi on my stock & locked N6 re. both data and WiFi. I used Android SDK to sideload it the day it was released.

AP is also working now thanks to whatever tinkering Google did with either AP or SafetyNet. But since the OTA was pulled and then re-realeased, I'm wondering if I need to flash the re-released factory image? or can I/should I sideload the (I'm assuming) revised N6F26U OTA?

USA, Right coast waiting for snow.
Had to wait for apps to update for anything to work.
Project Fi is working, B4 T-Mobile.
Have a poor signal at the house.
But to answer "part" of your question: Yes it works, on T-Mobile at least.
Good Luck
Now back to the Pixel XL

thanks for nothing

Is there a problem? Posting in the general Nougat forum won't necessarily help you that well, since you're asking a question about a specific device. If you want a good answer for a specific device, it's better to be in that device forum.
