The keyboard on the shift excites me a little, and then I'm really getting use to my virtual keyboard on my EVO.

Ive actually decided im just going to rip out the processor and put it in my regular evo. Dual core, 1.8ghz. muahaha

crackberry 8530. It's between the Evo and the Shift at this point. Luckily (or unluckily as I see it) my upgrade doesn't come through until February 1, so I'll get to see what people say about the shift for a few weeks before I get to pick.

So pretty please, when you get this phone, let us know EVERYTHING. Lol.

Original Palm Pre. Their upgrades are too slow for me. I'm pretty pissed at Sprint cuz they have now passed up 2 gens of Pre. My wife has the Epic, so if there is no FFC then I will get an Epic also. I am in Afghanistan now, so please post anything and everything about this phone so I can make a decision before I get back!!!!!

2 launch day Palm Pre's. Love WebOS but with all the phones and form factors Android offers, gotta make the change. Picked up a referb'd Hero to make sure I could do what I need to do to run my business.... now just waiting on the Shift.

I'm switching from a Palm Pre. I may miss the elegant multitasking of webOS, but I won't miss that it's dropped off the face the of planet.

I think the Shift is right for me because I use my phone frequently for txt and email. And I'm a CLI snob.

Giving up my Evo for the shift

before my Evo i had a Pre, before the Pre it was a blackberry Tour. missing the real keyboard and i'm hearing great things about the new snapdragon chips.

my friend has a G2 and so far it's impressive. He gets higher Quadrant scores then i do running HTC Stock ROM with no overclock

my Evo is running Cyanogen 6.1.1 Nighty 203 at stock 998mhz.
