In India moto x first gen is around 17000. I'd suggest buying the xiaomi redmi 2 or If you want build quality but a slightly smaller screen then go for the moto e 2nd gen. If you want a big screen (phablet) for movie viewing then buy the xiaomi redmi note 4g. I think the redmi note 4g will perfectly suit your needs.
