I'm on the perfect storm right now and battery life is just horrendous. I read a lot about people on the basic stock Rom that is debloated and getting decent to excellent battery life. I'm just looking for anything to extend my battery as far as possible.

For what its worth I've been having pretty good battery life with Das BAMF with the extended battery but could not tell if its due to the flash or not.

I am on perfect storm and have pretty good battery life. With the kernel source being released today, we should now see some impressive kernel/roms from the developers that will truly increase battery life.

I have had some pretty good battery life so far with the original battery but have the extended battery on order. It hasn't changed much with The Perfect Storm 1.0 but I am still impressed given the epic failure of the EVO battery life.

Im on the PS too and today was my first full day with it, took the battery off at 9am and it just died.. I have an ext battery too :/ I need to find something else now.

I turned off all syncs except gmail and email, screen is switched on the fly with a widget, volume is on, vibrate off.. so something is eating my battery.

How do we go back to stock rom?

I hope we see some serious battery saving roms to come soon. This battery situation is just crazy

If you uses Rom manager, you Coulda just made a backup before you started with flashing the new Rom.

I'm on VirusROM with JuiceSaver set to aggressive and Advanced Task Killer set to kill apps every 30 minutes and the battery is really, really nice.

Today I've been using it very lightly since 8:30am with a few bouts of heavy use and it's now 8:24 and I'm at 53%. On a usual day of pretty regular use for a college kid it would probably be down to the 20%s after a full day. I can take some pictures of the graphs that JuicePlotter is giving me to show you guys!

Looks like a few others over at XDA are having issues with battery life with PS rom.

There's my battery life over two days with VirusROM.

You can see in the first day it actually shows that "glitch" we've been seeing where you'll be at like 35% battery and restart your phone and it'll drop to 15% then take a while to catch up before going down again.. Weird.

I never have wi-fi or bluetooth on. I do push sync and autobrightness. I've been really happy with this battery life!!

I flashed to the PS ROM today and so far my battery life is much less than it was with the flashed stock rom. I'm wondering if it might just be that the battery has to get re-calibrated because of the new rom. I'm going to give it a couple of days and see how it goes. If it doesn't get better then I'm going to have to consider switching to another rom. Too bad if that happens because this is a nice, FAST rom.

I use the perfect storm ROM and my battery life is better than I can ever ask for!!! My TB is on its 14th hour of being unplugged and I use it moderately throughout the day. The battery is still at 63%. I also don't have my brightness turned down it is set to automatic. I do have 4g off though. Only turn it on when I need it.

I think everyone complaining about the battery life is just playing with the phone too much, or has 4g turned on full time.
