Which should I get the Sony Xperia Z3+ vs. Samsung Galaxy S6?

Sony Xperia Z3+ vs. Samsung Galaxy S6

Hey guys, just wanted to know which one to buy. I'm in a 50-50 situation. My first choice would be to buy the Xperia Z3+ since I a big gamer when it comes to mobile games (I'm planning to have about 5-7 games simultaneously) plus I like how it's waterproof and "sturdier" than GS6 but recently I've heard that there's overheating issues with the device, Sony said they'd have a software update to fix that, but would that actually fix it?

I like the new GS6 but the biggest downsides I've heard are the battery life (pretty sure this will be a big problem since I play games on my phone A LOT) and recently I saw how "almost" everyone has been complaining about the bug (the phone can't recognize their fingerprint) with their fingerprint scanner which made more nervous on buying it. (btw I'm planning to buy the 64GB variant)

Any tips?

I can say that I personally have never had an issue with the finger print scanner on the S6. As far as battery life goes, if you are going to game all day you will need to have it plugged in. I have mine plugged in all day while I am at work mainly because I have my hotspot going all day with 4 devices attached to it. (people who have carriers with data limits). The phone does have Quick Charging so it does charge up really fast.

You will probably need to go the store and mess with both phones to see which one you really like.

If you play lot of games you could go for z3+ because it's Playstation certified and also the battery backup is top notch. I myself happen to have an z2 and it's battery lasts for two days. If you're purely into gaming then xperia z3+ is the best choice for you.
