Which Smartphones camera have best result below 12 to 13 Mega Pixel?

My iPhone 5s is pretty good and that's 8mp. Whether it's the best I have no idea. I believe that the 10mp camera of the Nokia Lumia 830 is highly-regarded too, but again I have no idea whether it's the best.

I have no idea which phones those would actually be.

If you are looking at mid-level phones the LG Aristo/K8 has a great 13mp camera for very cheap!
