Little white box on my Motorola g7 appears on all screens how do I get rid of it it makes my phone go crazy and do funny things. I was playing a game when it started.

Where is the box?
Does it move, like if you tried to drag it?
How big is the box? Is it the size of a PIP YouTube video or the size of an app icon?
Does anything happen if you touch it? Tap it like you're trying to open it.
Have you tried restarting your phone? Often if something odd happens or pops up a simple restart will correct it.
Have you tried closing all of your open apps? Background apps can sometimes display pop-up notifications, this may be something like that. To close all apps you would open your multi tasking window and select Close All.
