White dot on screen aka "floating Dock" etc

[Android Central Question]

Hi there,I have a Samsung Tab 4 and I'm having difficulty removing the circle that gives a "shortcut". I have tried all the recommendations with no luck. Thanks C

Thank you for the feedback. I have attached the pic of the screen. The "white dot" is on the bottom left hand side of screen shot.

Sorry, that's really hard to see, since the image itself is pretty blurry. Can you take an actual screenshot using the tablet and post it?
