White listing whatsapp group and normal contacts

Hey people so im looking for an app tha will allow me to mute my cell ither with inbuild mute or with apps mute. Now the trick is I need a whatsapp group and afew contacts to be able to still make sounds as they are emergency numbers and so is the whatsapp group. Ive found multiple apps but non allow whasapp groups to be whitelisted. It is very important thst the whatsapp group sounds at all times as it means someone is actively in trouble.

The first thing I would look at is the phone's "do not disturb" mode and the WhatsApp notifications set to "high priority".
