White Spots on Note 10.1 Screen

I have noticed these white spots starting to accumulate on my Note 10.1 screen. I tried cleaning it with a microfiber cloth but the spots seem to be underneath the glass. At first, there was this spot in the centre but now, I think new spots are starting to appear. Should I be worried? Any help would be appreciated.

JMO but looks like dead pixels.

Yeah, but not only dead pixels but groups of pixels!

I thought dead pixels were black and only showed when the screen is on.

Is this issue covered under Samsung Warranty? Also, I should probably unroot and install stock ROM with stock Recovery.

And I would also like to know if the whole screen is in risk of getting these white specks or dead pixels.

I actually still have the same problems but even worse tbh. I have like loads of them spots and they're all different colours.There's something probably wrong with my screen so if you still have these spots I suggest you go to a computer shop or something and ask them advice or help.
