Who is actually going to leave the phone off and Charge it correctly?

Well, this wasn't about if the battery would last or anything. I will have chargers everywhere, I was just wanting to know if the battery needed to be charged before I really started to use it. As for spare batteries that you have to take out, i.e.: turn off the device to change out. now that is old school, and pricey. I am going with an external charging battery like the Zagg 2.0 Sparq or something similar. This way i don't have to power down my phone if say i am watching a movie or tv.
