Who knows how to unlock the sansa disk mp3 player from California not federal.

The MP3 player versions from California are a trip I plug to my windows 7 n it installs but nothing happens can't click to see whats stored. I go to device management n it shows it's plugged in but can't access it. I got me a partition program and not even that works. I'm at my limits here also just this morning I noticed if u turn on the MP3 player n hold the power button until it turns off keep holding n the screen lights up. Im not going to get to a computer for a while I'm too busy right now. If doesn't work turn on the MP3 player n hold the power button ull see what am talking about. I messed with the federal version of this type n well there not the same model. Alrighty then thank you for taking a moment of ur time to read this.

Depends on what version you have... they made 3... .07, .10, and. 14... the first 2 are easy... the last one stumped all of us working on this...

Not sure if this helps but try Rockbox'ing the player with the superb third party, user community firmware that beats everything else hands down for functionality and usability.
