I won't be getting it, but can't deny my interest is piqued. Besides the camera hump, Google really nailed just about everything they could at this point in time for a fold device of this type (that opens into a tablet).

Ended up pre ordering it, the 699 trade for my P8P was hard to pass up.

I really miss the folding phone experience, and while I feel Samsung has better features. I can't bring myself to ever buy another product from that garbage company. I cancelled my pre order for the fold 6 and waited for the new pixel fold.

I'll be getting mine via EE here in the UK as they've offered me a superb price that makes it more sense to get it over 24 months than buying it outright (ie the price is the same)

But I'll sell my immaculate/as new/still in warranty Pixel Fold on eBay UK when the 80% off selling fees is live again and get some £££ back that way

I preordered the black/512 version. I'll compare it to my Z Fold 5 and go from there. The Fold 6 was boring, but we'll see how this goes. If I keep it, I'll also be trading in a Pixel 8 Pro.

I have checked all of the options four times now but hesitated on closing the deal.

I've never traded in an older phone. I'm thinking of trading in the original Pixel Fold. But I'm also thinking of hanging on to it. If I select TRADE-IN but fail to follow through and keep it, is there any extra penalty or will they just not refund the trade-in amount?
