Whose sticking with their Honor 8?

With the H8 being over a year old and with a new generation of Android phones out there, I'm curious...whose sticking with their H8?

I have a 2nd device but use mine as my DD. Love this thing! But I'm tempted...I kinda want that Blackberry KEYone. But I'd get an Honor 8 Pro in a hot second!

I'll be sticking with my honor 8 until next year, I really fancy the LG V30 but will wait to get it next year or of the V40 is a huge improvement, get that. Unless huewai enter the edge to edge market.
I'll definitely expect waterproofing in my next phone though, which could count huewai out.

I'll be sticking with the 8 for a while. as much as I love getting new phones, I tend to run devices until the end. I've had it for almost a year and still enjoying it, so why upgrade

I'm always looking at potential "next upgrades," but I just can't give up my Honor 8 yet! I want to keep it at least another 8 months or so... It's perfect for my use. It ticks off all the right boxes - and current new flagships don't tick off some of the ones my 8 has. As long as nothing happens to it, I'm sticking with it!

I prefer larger phones usually but I do keep the honor 8 for times when I want to use a smaller phone. Don't have any plans to get rid of it yet

I just sold my S8 and now I'm in the market for another honor 8. Does anyone know where I can find one for around 260 to 265? I sold my S8 for 280 but I still have to save out a little to ship it so that leaves me roughly 265 to spend on one. Anyone know of any deals right now?

I've had my Honor 8 for almost a year now and should keep it at least until time next year. Really solid phone for the price. Hopefully all versions get the Oreo upgrade and not just the Pro version.

I've said it a lot but after getting my Honor 8 for $285 I will have a very hard time paying over $300-$400 for a phone. This phone has really changed my opinion on what I will pay for a phone and what I should expect out of my $ spent on a phone. My battery/SOT has decreased since I got it but still blows away the terrible battery life I had with my Moto X 2014 PE.

I hear you on that. I usually buy mine used. But I was in a jam and had to buy something. So I bought it new from Best Buy late May for $300. Great decision! There's no reason to spend tons of cash on a phone anymore unless you just want that phone (which is fine too).

I actually want another honor 8 but since it will be my third time owning one I thought I'd go for the Pearl color. If not pearl I liked the blue color. If my other phone sales I'll be getting a 64g model hopefully. By far the best phone you can get for under 300 bucks on sale.

I am, as i cannot afford any good phones at this point as i buy my phones off contract.The Phone still performs great..camera is great for my needs.Until the Phones literally falls apart or just gets sooo slow to a point that its non-functional i will be sticking with this phone for a while. Yes the phones have become so equal in everyday performance that its almost pointless to spend USD400+ anymore.

@Kelvin N: How long ago did you buy the Honor 8? Me too, I tend to stick with a good device as far as it suits its purpose. But I am deeply under impression that Huawei/Honor's products aren't made to last.

Not long time ago, we thought autos, then PCs are getting old way too fast. But nowadays it does not look that bad in comparison to mobile devices. Are we heading towards single-use/disposable devices? Perhaps disposable electronic newspapers idea isn't that bad after all.
