Why after update apps again request to update

Hi!
I know apps developers release new versions and bug fixes periodically. Sometimes one day 2 or 3 updates. But the problem is after I updated apps, play store app again display there's a new update for the same app. After one update there can be another update, but this not that. I think some apps not correctly update. For instance today I updated G+, but after 20 minutes left again I received new update notification for Google+. This is the 4th time I face similar issue. When I updated Facebook messenger, Lookout, Flipboard, I got this issue. So why is that?

I've noticed that if there's a few apps that need to be updated, and you request to update them all, some may not update.
