Why am I getting a message No pictures selected when my phone is in screensaver mode?

No pictures selected.

When my Galaxy S5 is in screensaver mode, it displays this message: "No pictures selected."
How do I select whatever pictures it wants?

Welcome to Android Central! Go to Settings>Device>Display>Daydream. Assuming it's turned on, which Daydream option is selected? Tap the gear icon next to it, and see if you can select a specific photo album.

Thanks! This worked perfectly. Sometimes new phones have WAAAAY too many options for MY own good

That is my question also. I have this black screen with.....no pictures selected.... in the middle of the page. Is that Google wanting photo's or what. Would love to know the answer. Thank you so much. Priscilla Anstey or panstey44

Just go to settings, select display - select colors and it will go away -
